Working with Signals in As3

Actionscript 3 events are great. Being able to create handler functions for things like button clicks allows you to have a function be called the instant the button in clicked. Same for custom events - as you as you dispatch it that custom event handler is chugging away! But there's one teensy little drawback to classic as3 events.
