Oh golly, I hope I don't end up being one of those bloggers that posts about Windows stuff all the time! Lol. It's true though- I recently started working at a bank where they are forcing everyone to use Windows 7 for NodeJs stuff! smh -_-
Aaaaaaaaaanyway, here's how you can kill all running node processes in the Windows cmd promt.
Taskkill is a built-in windows command that, well, kills a task! the /im flag stands for "imagename", and it lets you pass in the image name of the process to be terminated which is node.exe in this case. The /F flag is optional and forces termination of the process. You should always be careful, but really you should only this command when you want to blast away any and every running node process so imo it's fine to just use the /F flag.
